Ahoy Maties!

Welcome to an early February of the Gilligan's Island Fan Club newsletter. 
We have some real exciting news regarding another television special airing 
this Saturday. Here we go!!!

This Saturday, January 22nd on "Entertainment Tonight," Gilligan's
Island will once again be the topic of another tabloid talk show. This will
air at 7:00pm Pacific Time. Sources also tell me that they will rerun the 
special a day later on the Sunday edition of "Entertainment Tonight." (I
haven't verified that yet) Special thankx to Pete and Lisa for letting us
know first hand of this wonderful event. From what I'm told, this special 
should be better than the one shown on E!TV last month. Set your VCR's!!!!!

Did you get to see the "Truth Behind the Sitcom Scandals 2" on Jan 5th? If
you missed it, then you may want to check out some of our helpers in our
classified section. These good folks have taped most of the television
specials and will work with you in taping shows that you have missed.

One of our members, David Shay and his daughter, have made an interesting
cereal called of course "Gilligan's Island."  Check out their wonderful

Did you know that some of the Gilligan's Island music was done by John 
Williams? Who is this you say? He was the former Boston Pops musician famous 
for composing the 'Star Wars,' and 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' scores. 

Dawn Well's (Mary Ann) is in the latest cover of a magazine called the 
"Journal of Longevity." The full interview and pictures of the ever 
beautiful Dawn Wells can be seen here:

Well, this newsletter was a bit shorter than most, but I needed to get the 
word out about this Saturday's event. Maybe we'll see you on the mainland
soon.......(Ouch) I just got bit by another yellow and green bug! Oh man!
